• Please move furniture or valuable pictures and home decor away from the work area before our arrival.

• Please remove all window treatments (blinds, shades, drapes). Our team does not remove or reinstall them.

• Have a clear staging space, approximately 20 feet x 20 feet, in the driveway or garage for tools and materials.

• Please keep children and pets away from work areas for safety.

• Trim landscape blocking window access to create a reasonable workspace.

• Please communicate with us ahead of time regarding alarm systems.

  • Our Install team will disconnect contacts as needed, but we will not reconnect them.

  • Please schedule reconnection with your alarm system provider, if required, to coincide with your installation date.
