Consent to Capture and Use Media

I authorize Marvin Design Gallery by Laurence Smith (the "Company") to photograph and/or record (photo and/or video) the exterior and/or interior of my property (the “Property”) and to use the resulting photographs, video, audio, and other recordings, including any edits, crops, enhancements, or derivatives (collectively, the “Materials”), for marketing and promotional purposes.

Marketing and promotional purposes may include, without limitation: print materials, brochures, mailers, presentations, advertising, websites, email marketing, social media, third‑party platforms, and other digital or physical media now known or later developed.

No Disclosure of Name or Full Address

I understand and agree that the Company will not publish or disclose my name or the Property’s full street address in connection with the Materials.

Personal Information

I understand and agree that the Company will not use or publish any other personal information about me or members of my household (including, for example, phone number, email address, or identifying details) without my separate written consent.

 

Ownership and Rights Granted

I understand that the Company will own and/or control the Materials and all associated rights.

I grant the Company a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, and otherwise exploit the Materials for the purposes described on this page.

Term; Revocation

This consent is effective indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing.

If I revoke my consent, I understand that the Company will stop using new Materials going forward after receiving my written revocation. However, I understand and agree that the Company is not required to recall, remove, or take down Materials that were already produced, published, posted, distributed, or otherwise in circulation before the Company received my revocation.

Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Company and its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or related to the capture and authorized use of the Materials, except to the extent caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
 

Voluntary Agreement

I confirm that I am authorized to grant this consent for the Property, and that I have read and understand this page.
