Dear Mr. Ruff,

I want to tell you that your employee, Paul Manion, has been a pleasure to work with. Several months ago I e-mailed him a description of my current windows, some pictures, and a description of what I’d like to replace them with. We scheduled a date so I could come to the showroom and learn more about Marvin Windows. Paul showed me several models, and at my request he provided a detailed list of my preferences and provided an idea of how much the windows alone would cost. I have since ordered the windows and they are scheduled to be installed next week.

Recently I e-mailed him to ask about recommendations for a clear finish, and he provided a Marvin maintenance manual and some additional comments. I wanted you to know that he’s been helpful, professional, prompt, and easy to work with. He even put up with my 24-year-old daughter and me playing with the model windows!
